Bobs Your Father Enjoyed the first 16 miles and was on target pace. Then an old calf injury recurred and slowed me to a run/walk that eventually got me round. Crowds are amazing!

Em Loved every minute of it!!!! Had loads of stops for chats with friends and family. Passed Charlie Brookes from Eastenders in the finishing miles but didnt know. Great rain storm at the end, didnt even get a chance to put my baco foil on!!

Tatws 2nd Attempt at the London Marathon - finished in best ever time and felt good again until 20miles. Was on for a faster time but the last few miles took their tole and I slowed down considerably. 1st half was run very fast in 1hr 44 mins, 2nd half just under 2 hrs. Run between water stops and then stopped to take on water.
