Goals for 2018 (planning ahead allowing for 2017 to get a good base built): Sub-5 at marathon (in 20??, going to give myself a rest from marathons in 2018 and a good build up of base for a couple of years), 2:05 at half marathon Sub-1:00 at 10k (did this at Eton 10k in March 2014) PB at 5k (still to do) sub 8 min for the mile Show More...
