Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hope the poorly Fetchies are feeling better soon.

I've been down to my local track to do an evening training session there. 'Reverse pyramid'! Really enjoyed it. My next race is in just over 4 weeks time. A 10k.

Evening everyone - sorry to hear about the various health challenges - hope everybody recovers quickly

I was getting back to normal until my foot was grabbed by a tree root earlier causing an unscheduled close encounter with the path. Now nursing a grazed hand, grazed knee and two bruised wrists. Let's see what the morning brings before making a final decision on the Kendal 10k tomorrow night.

ugh, yes hayfever sufferer here too at the moment. Only had it in last few years and it seems to get worse each time

GWS poorly folks - and HB be cautious with those niggles.

Running going OK, but life keeps throwing up chicanes to work around.

Got something to say?
