About Me | |

A fifty-something retired teacher who took up running to improve the muscle tone in her legs after a hip resurfacing op in 2003. It all started with a 'Race for Life' 5k, that I took part in to raise money in memory of my Dad.
In 2005 I discovered the Fetcheveryone site, and thanks to the help and support of Fetchies, my running has moved on a bit since then. Show More...

First go at Nordic walking. Plan to use the poles a lot more when on our holidays in October and in January next year. Enjoyed that a lot. From hotel to Clumber Park, round the lake and then pause for lunch. Photos will have to be added at a later date. On Mr Ness' phone.....
