Probably doing it wrong. Not sure where my traps are though. Each side Aiming for mid-back here, don't let the upper traps take over Only need a super light weight for this Rest as needed --- Barbell Push Press 3 x 5 15 555 Did these later on because I wanted to group all the bench ones with the first one. Even with empty bar it started feeling harder towards the end.
