rhb Spot on, almost! Schoolboy error at start saw me near the back of the field, so had to work hard to get where I wanted to be. Surprisingly large gap ahead - seemed like probably a minute or maybe more? Between first lady and myself at 33mins and the next fastest runners ahead, maybe someone closer would've lead to a faster time as there'd have been someone else to chase down. Nice flat course, although PB potential dashed by the gates that have to be negotiated. Saw a Pirate (Evil Pixie) at start, and one fetch Vest out on course. Won a spot prize too! £10 voucher, a first for me, so very nice surprise.
