Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

R.I.C.O. Quite happy with my race although I let my team-mate pass me before the end. I was too heavy legged from the day before so next time, fresh and spritely, I should knock at least 30 seconds off this time.

Tri_Harder Good conditions to run a good time. First lap (2km) 9:04, second lap (3km)15:36, finish 39:58.
Ran on the shoulder of a club runner, which worked well for the first lap but they were slow on the 2nd which meant my time was poor.

Expected a better time, the effort was there, but i didn't run as well as i did on the Monday before. At least i should be able to improve next time.

Official time might be slower and two places lower as i stopped to recover after my time was taken. Didn't realise i had to carry on walking to the end of the channel for my race number to be taken.

Velociraptor Just coming back from injury. I said I'd be happy with sub-45, so can't complain. Perfect racing conditions apart from a couple of icy patches on the path, but there's no way I can even imagine cranking out the 7.12mm pace I'd need for a PB at present. Friendly as ever, and with a generous prize-list :o)
