Boots Really good run today. Possibly one of the best road races I've had. Once I'd pulled away from Critchlow after 5miles I relaxed and felt more in control. Wasn't sure throughout the first lap how he was feeling as he seemed really relaxed. We worked well together though and went through halfway in 27:08. I expected to blow up, but it never came and I did the 2nd half quicker in 27:03.

flanker want to use it as pacing practice for St Neotts. So hoping to run even 7:47s and find that it doesn't kill me. And if I do so, it will be a 10M PB :) UPDATE: Bang on target pace and a 3 min PB on a day with strong headwinds. Very happy with the day's work :)

la bandit enjoyed this race 2 laps around a undulating reservoir ,ran well an i had 1hr 8mins as a goal so i achieved that ,training partner ran well as well.

R.I.C.O. Far too windy to run under an hour, and my back was playing up a little. I did'nt die as much in the second half as others, but still thought that I ran a poor race (despite a PB).

Runningheva Hope to clock about 80 mins this year. Looks as if it will be the same course as last year. The road repairs near the visitor centre have been postponed till early next year. Could be wet on the diversion up Alpaca Hill as it was flooded under the bridge the other day.
