Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Boingy Enter on the day. Got PB written all over it. Place your bets ladies and gentlemen. :-) ** Well I got the PB, but a bit disappointed with time. I know I can go quicker than that. Nice race though on a cold and windy day.

Coopz Well, this wasn't as windy as I thought it would be jogging over to the start, and not as cold as last month. Really, really pleased that I knocked nearly one and a half minutes off my January time, and nearly a minute off my predicted time.

Tri_Harder After a full month of training and a 100 miles covered was expecting a time under 39 minutes. It wasn't to be, however the legs didn't tire during the second lap, and i felt i was running well rather than just surviving the 5 miles. A PB, so have to be happy!!

Velociraptor Wasn't really fit or rested enough for a sub-40min attempt. Happy enough with this - only 13s off my best time for the current series.
