Andy 1 shoe Money did this race last year. race 1. 33.36. so that's my target.the weather forecast looks bad for a sub 32 attempt .update. 32.40 position 15th. really happy with that. the rain stoped but the winds were a big problem,almost cutting me in half!! i was only 20 seconds slower then my best so a pb next month should be on!

jdc Very windy but quite warm. Quite happy with my first attempt. Standard now set and I expect improvements in the following races.

Mr J Very windy - not enough training recently so it was a struggle. Final loop was over a minute slower than the previous loop. No surprise that about ten people went past me in the final mile or so.

thomas h i was having trouble walking , with a pain my right foot , just 15mins before the start but did'nt have any problems in the race or since , so happy with that ;-)
