Andy 1 shoe Money wow,i wasn't expecting that! finally i broke 32 minutes for 5 miles. hard work and really slippy underfoot but no wind which is normally a big factor in this race! i can now retire from the sport again a happy man!

jdc Wow what a fantastic run I beat my pb by 2 and a half minutes! Cold bright sunny day a little icy in patches but no real problem, there was no wind today which made a big difference from the previous 2 races. I am very happy with this run.
