Really enjoyed that apart from a niggle on my ankle. I had new socks on and thought it might have been something in them. Nice easy run up the lane and back. Legs were tired and achy when I set off, by the time I’d run around the block, come home for the loo then set off again they felt fine. Leg/hip feeling really good until Mo saw a squirrel and I had hold of her lead, she really jerked me and the pain in my thigh was awful, it made me feel sick.
