Walk, jog downhill, speed walk or as Rosehip says yomped the 12 mile keeping HR under 125bpm. Pleased with this.

Ignore the mileage down below as I cocked it all up trying to get my Garmin to bleep for mileage and bleep for heart rate. For some unknown reason my Garmin had deleted both from my walk settings. I need to check if it’s done it in other settings as well.

Enjoyed that. Everything aches though now 😂.
