Wasn’t sure about going up for a run as I was aching this morning. Thought it would ease off and it did until the 2 mile mark when the whole of my left side from hip to ankle started to really ache. So stopped at 3 mile and limped back. It’s not nice this getting old lark 😛. I don’t think my body liked the Pilates I did the other day. Going to do some yoga to see if I can ease it off.
