I have been running since i finished university in 2001. My aim was to get down to 1:30 for a half which i did at burnham on sea last year.
i would have loved to have done 3:30 at london this year but only achieved 3:43 as hay fever was bad and i now have asthma. I am now in an unknown timezone with the asthma and will just see what happens. Show More...
