A.C Turned up on the day and ran this as my first 10k ever on the way back from a week of holiday and very little running so really pleased with the time. This is a really great event with a nice mildly challenging course and a lovely local vibe to it. The finisher's towel is already in my gym bag--a great idea.

baggieboy A well organised race. Chuffed to nuts with the time as it is a new PB. Plenty of marshalls around the course, not a flat as i thought it would be, but a very enjoyable race.

Head Gone An excellent result. Long time since I went below 1 hour. Amazing what losing 3 stone can do for you. Slightly undulating course but reasonably flat. 1st 5k 28:44, 2nd 5k 30:13. Fairly happy with splits. Weather quite hot.

Konaboy Good event. Slightly undulating - Incline over 1st 2km then rolling for rest of distance until drop over last 1500m into Langport. Didn't race but enjoyed the run & picking off others all way round. Great post race refreshments in the hotel HQ & a nice towel as a memento (so much better than a medal & an interesting alternative to a T shirt).
