We are a small independent 'fun' running club based at Havant Leisure Centre. We meet every Thursday at 6pm for a training session with a SEAA qualified coach, and on Tuesdays at 6:30pm for a 'let's go for a run' session of around 5 to 7 miles.

We welcome runners of all abilities, and are particularly beginner friendly. During the summer months we hold regular, and very popular, handicap races, where everyone has a chance of winning. We participate in the local road race and cross country leagues and enter teams for a variety of events. The social side of the club is particularly strong.

Thursday
Thursday evening training starts at 6:00pm from Havant Leisue Centre and is under the guidance of one of the qualified club coaches. These sessions are carefully designed to offer a challenge to everyone - whatever their level of fitness or ability - as they can be tailored for both the ultra-fit and the total novice.
During the summer months, as a variation on the Thursday evening training schedule, the club runs a 'short' and a 'long' handicap race series, designed to give each participating member an equal opportunity to win.
