slowfish Knew I could take a big chunk off the PB after the 20km race a couple of weeks ago but still not hugely confident of getting 1.34/1.35 after not much sleep, busy weekend, no brekkie and new gels I'd never tried before! 7:06 7:02 7:13 7:20 7:15 7:02 6:58 7:10 7:14 7:02 6:52 6:42 6:29 49 Nice even pace for first 10m, a bit slower on the hilly bits and then just had so much energy for the last 3.11 miles - 6.29 for mile 13 :-) :-) A sub-90 definitely definitely possible!!!
