Agent Orange Terrific conditions and my race went almost perfectly to plan, far better than I dared hope. Started steadily, getting to 10kms in exactly 55 mins. Then I ran with a couple of similarly paced runners from 12th km to 29th km - got to halfway in 1 hour 56 and to the 32.2km/20 mile point in 2 hours 56. Pushed on for the next 3km at which point I knew sub-4 hours was pretty certain. Then it got tough and I was hovering around 6 min/km for the last 7. Delighted with the result.
