Dickie York 1st 13 miles went to plan, then several poor nights sleep caught up with me and struggled. Shiffed target to 2.50, thenon the hills in the last 8 miles or so, just to get round in under 3hrs. Disapointed in my result, but my 25th sub 3hr marathon, so not too shabby at all really ;-)
