Fat Boy Pleased with solid performance. 1.24.50 at 13.1 miles and felt comfy until about 21 when it got tough.

z1000jeff First full marathon. Really didn't have a clue what time to expect. Would have taken 4:10 no problem so was delighted with sub 4h.

-caz- Shocking run - Worst marathon to date. Due to lack of training following FLM both calves locked solid at 10mile, causing me to walk 10 miles to Portobello before jogging the remaining 6.2miles.
