Used to run after school every day as a teenager and loved it but first student life and then family life meant running took a back seat. Back enjoying running over last 5 years since a colleague at a Xmas party told me how much "I'd let myself go". I must remember to go and thank her!
Still dreaming of breaking 3 hours for a marathon one day.
