Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Dvorak Went fairly well - just not as well as I wanted. Sorry punters, that extra minute was not to be found anywhere. Thanks, Fetchpointers and good to see all the others at the race and after.

Fat Boy Tough run today on a cold morning with a nasty headwind until the turn at 10 miles. Pleased to finish 8th overall and possibly 1st M40.

Ferdi First attempt at a half marathon. Anxious beforehand to maintain pace and form at higher level and for longer compared to any previous run. Am recent convert to heart rate monitor training and Chi running and am convinced both approaches help a lot in avoiding injury and stress to knees etc as well as general 'wellbeing'. Despite wet, cold and at times windy weather, very much enjoyed the run and also greatly appreciated the support from other fetchies.

FitterStu Delighted with that. Could have got sub 2 with a faster start but great run and preparation for marathon.

Organisation was mostly fine, just the wait for the buses at the end was a bit off-putting. Weather was rubbish but probably made for very good running conditions, just a bit uncomfortable at times. Great support from Fetchies, running and supporting.
