IanS Nice wee race, low key and informal but very well organised. Hadn't done it before so can't compare the course to previous years but the hill between 4K and 5K really took it out of my legs. Nice spread afterwards as well :-)

Lexo One of my fav 10ks although the route has been changed this year but seemed to go well. Slightly tougher course so was reasonably happy with results although still seem to be a bit rusty ...nice day out and impecably run as ever by Dunbar
