Been running on & off for 10 years, but only seriously since joining a club 2 years ago. Unexpectedly have got a bit quicker over the last year so I am chasing pbs this year! Have already got pbs at 5k and half marathon distance this year. Hoping to improve on my one and only marathon time in just over 2 weeks time, and will tackle a 10k in the summer.
