about me, well im a never give up type of guy who works to much!have had a few injuries have had 39 ops on my right kee, from 94-99 and then my ankle rebuilt in '07, but thanks to my friends i came back strong, won the clubs new runner of the year at the stadium runners last year then became mens club captain.
not being able to run as much as id like at the moment due to work which is highly frustrating,had more operations than you can imagine on the old knees and ankle and is constantly battling the bulge, was 16st, then 12.8 now 14st again.
i will get down to 12 st again!!!!!!!!!!
is thinking of standing down as captain this year due to lack of commitment time from work but will forever be a stadium runner!
