LP Awful race, got yet another virus and had thought about not running. First couple of miles were o.k. but then just got weaker. Quite an undulating course too.

mafioso pretty pleased i went for it! shot off and as usual i was over dressed!, had to stop after 4 mile as i was burning up big time, now it was a hot morning, but gutted when i was only 15odd seconds from a new pb!
