dvc All went wrong! Left heart rate strap on train. Missed train. Boozy lunch day before. GPS didn't work properly, headphones failed. Set off too fast then blew up at mile 9, but managed not to walk, against all the entreaties of my brain begging me to stop.

Nic.1 Runners world ratted this as flat apart from 2 undulations it is 355ft of ascent I have run all 34 and I would not call it flat. It is a large race which takes 30 min for everyone to get through the start not ideal.
