Took up running in 2001 as i wanted to do the London Marathon, didnt really do enough training and did quite badly and hurt my knee. About a year later started running again just for fitness and found i enjoyed it this time. Since then have approached it in a bit of a haphard way until i recently joined a running club and have a bit more structure as well as always having someone to run with. Really enjoy entering events and recently have started to enter a few adventure races - great fun! Show More...
