CumbriAndy Not racing this - it's a 'training run in company', part of an injury rehab and build up to Coniston in July

Very pleased witrh that result (chip time), and to sum it all up in three words - WHAT. A. DAY :)

DJ Bangey Probably the hardest of the seven marathons I've run so far including this one two years back. Gambled for a fast time by setting off quickly but realised by 15 miles it wasn't going to be. The last 6 or 7 miles were the toughest miles I've ever run. The gamble back fired! Not all bad though as I finished in 17th place which isn't too bad. Tough hilly course and a beautiful day!
