About Me | |

Started running in 2004 after I stopped boxing in 2002 and gained a fair bit of weight. Started to take it seriously in 2006 after my first marathon. Ran my first sub 3 marathon (Dublin 07) after 4 attempts and would love to see how quick I can get with the right training/attitude/determination. Favourite racing distance is the marathon.
