Badger Think this is my second best time ever, actually, but 1m58 off the best - very very hot, hilly, was doing ok till about 7.5k then the wheels came off somewhat. Doubt I could have done any better today without puking! Slightly dubious about the official time - thought the clock said 52.05 when I crossed the line (and that's what someone called out).

Ben B My clubs race, up and down course so hoping to break 40 mins on this one. UPDATE Hot hot hot, happy to break 40 mins in the end. Horrible course.

Brady What a scorcher of a day !! The course was hillier than the St Ives 10k that I set my PB on last week and the sun was unrelenting. Ran hard in the last couple of k's but missed out on a PB. I shouldn't be too disappointed as most of the runners were saying the course was bringing them in 2 minutes outside their PB and I missed out by 30 seconds. By far the hottest weather I've ran in.

brotherjohn Not bad for my first ever race! Seemed a very long way for 6 miles, but I enjoyed it, very hot day though.

CanaryYellow Would be happy with a course PB which i should manage but its not a course condusive to fast times. *post race* Didnt even manage a course PB, managed a PW instead. Happy to have gotten around safely.

MrMarcus only 2nd 10k but looking for big improvement on pb... very warm already (8.25am) shall be happy just to pb i think...Got home in 46.44, very very hot, tough course. All things considered pretty pleased
