Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

brotherjohn Can't compare the time to last year, very windy and slippery this year, more like multi terrain than a road race. Course also came up a bit long (17:12 Garmin 5k). Still happy with the run, felt good, but just didn't have any grip to push on. Ran with a group from C&C who are all running well, John, Matt and Charlie, so happy to be up there with them :-) 8th place
I am very good at timing my runs, why do they always add 2 seconds to the time in the Kevin Henry?

Flat Out Fi First race back following my nasty calf injury! So good to be back out there! :o) Have missed it loads!

Started off nice and steady and built it up as I went along. Could feel a bit of tightness in my leg but thats to be expected Im sure. Ran in my trusty Compressport socks and was 3rd lady Strider to finish! Not bad after that long a break!! Didnt think Id be able to go that fast!

Note, time is my Garmin time - no official times out yet!

JuliaD Really muddy and slippy so tough to keep a racing line and some parts felt more like skating backwards! Great fun though, and mud is good for the skin right? Right?!

RichHL Too much running and cycling in the week before the race really took its toll and I had to stop for a chunder with 800m to go. Not bad in the circumstances.
