Kevin Henry Race 1 Cambridge Tri.
Felt pretty good tonight, ran the whole race as a group with John, Matt and Charlie, just out sprinted at the end by John and Matt. Very muddy and slippy, so can't compare the time with last year. Felt like I had a bit more there, but every time I tried to push I just slipped all over the place. Happy with the run in conditions I would have struggled with in the past. And 5:20 for the first mile, a lot of it on slippy mud! The time didn't reflect the performance, we were all a bit nonplussed when we looked at our watches at the finish! 17:30 (17:12 at 5k on the Garimin) for 8th.

Like the new Garmin, feels much more solid and slicker than the 305.
