ancient At least couple of minutes faster than London. Had been hoping for sub 3:10, but the wind put paid to that. Some tough sections on open road, but generally marshalls did good job, holding back traffic to let increasingly tired runners keep going. Seemed long walk from finish back to sports hall!

curlygirly in a moment of madness and cos i think my amsterdam run will be a disaster! update!!!! cant believe i got sub 3:15!!!! very very windy today in places but much more scenic than i expected. went out far too fast but luckily managed to get round ok. lots of amazing runners who encouraged me on the way round to keep going-couldnt have done it without them- thanku!!

GrahH Blimey - we were lucky with the rain stopping just in time.. but the wind!! Still managed a PB though so very happy. :). Sure I would have got my target without the wind!! Time from my Garmin

warrior ran 1th half in 1hr 35, 2nd half i was abysmal, if it was not for ugly, it would have got real ugly, over 4 hours i would of thought.

Watford Wobble Race number 664. Tis the wife's birthday so will run with her and see how she goes. Will see what unfolds during the race. Not a bad race. BB's head fell off on lap three hence time but still good fun to run this.
