Disco Dave Fourth year for me. Nice course. Update: Totally gutted that I come so close to my PB. I always get a stitch when I do this race. Still beat my time from last year though.

DrBob Wasn't reallly in the mood for this, worrying about a niggly heel pain and not feeling very boingy. Got running with first lady for the first half of the race which helped pull me along. Didn't work hard enough in the last couple of miles but overall fairly pleased with the time. I suspect the chip timing was taken by someone waving a baton at the numbers, rather than a timing mat. Mine was a couple of seconds out from what the clock said when I passed it at the finish.

EarlyRiser Benchmark race for start of summer training. Will run this one because can't be at Thetford 10k. :-( POST-RACE. Quite content with time. Hard effort, but good to run this distance again after four months absence. Will improve later in the year.

Purple Green Imp Felt a lot better in this race than at Lincoln 10k. In the end this amounted to a 22 second improvement on my time. A step in the right direction but it's about time I got under the hour mark again.

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Hoping to go under the hour at last for this race.Didnt do well last year as was injured xxxxxxxxMy chip time should be arround 56.56 the sameas my garmin.and wow wow wow is a new pb.Even my gun time was still a pb but will go with chip time as thiswas my true time wow wow wow.Fantastic race and stayed with the thursday club girls.My name was read out over the speaker at the end:-):-):-)xxxxActual chip time 57.06 still more than happy with that as still shiny new pb
