Ryston Runners is based in King's Lynn and Downham Market. We have been around for 20 years. There are training sessions at Lynnsport leisure park (start and finish of the round norfolk relay) on monday evenings juniors 6:30 - 7:30 and seniors 7:30 - 8:30. There is also a road running session in Downham Market which starts at the Federation Club.
Ryston Runners also holds cross country events hte first of which is on sunday 11th october 2009 at shouldham warren with races from under 9 age group through to seniors and vets.
