DrBob very muddy, but spikes worked well. Could go a bit harder, but worked at it. Not at all sure how I'm going to claw back a minute off this time, which is what I'd like to do. Easy cycle from Newmarket, shorter, flatter and slower than the normal route from home.

Hash First run in a month, finally getting over runners knee. I've never been so happy to turn in a personal worst!!! Loved every minute of this gorgeous course, a pleasure to be at the first Cambridge parkrun, and a big thank you to the fabulous encouraging marshalls, especially the Fetchie :-)

KinkyS Beautiful fresh crunchy snow to run on :-) Managed to get lost and do an extra half mile, plus time standing around thinking 'hmmm I shouldn't be here!' but managed to be first lady anyway ;-)
