Flat Out Fi 1st lady today! V happy with that! A great course and v well organised! Would defo do this one again. The route goes along the Flitch Way, into Hatfield Forest and back.

Vindicator A good well organised local event. A very scenic run that was tougher than I expected. Lacked endurance at that speed and was found wanting from 7K.
