Flat Out Fi Official time - 19.40 and 4th lady overall so v happy with that! Felt strong tonight and paced it better than normal. Was a lovely evening to be racing!

Mattjack Started & finish on a track. Good course but there was no distance markers so didnt know when to kick towards the end of the race. So feel I could have run it faster. Happy with performance tho. Finish 12th
