Disco Dave I am determind to go around in an hour this year. The last couple of years has been 1hr 5min and 1hr 6min. This year there will be no distractions from the radio station so can concentrate on the race. UPDATE... Very warm day but managed to beat my PB :-) Chip timings are wrong at the moment. Looks like they were from gun time not from start time. Got my time from my Garmin.

Features This was a 10k where I was not racing. I'd made a commitment to pace my freind and I stuck to it. Sadly didn't manage to pull her along to a result she was pleased with, but did my best to help her.

Girlie Will be throwing whatever I have at this to get close to or just under the hour. Being paced by Features and hope to keep up even though it is only 3 weeks after FLM ***UPDATE*** didn't go under the hour, failed to get a pb. Course was congested as usual in places which didn;t help but I faded badly in the 2 nd half and found it a real struggle to get round. Sorry to those who bet on me for letting you down once again **UPDATE 2*** Time shown is Garmin time as race used gun-finish timings which added 1 minute onto my time.

island991 2nd ever race. 1st ever 10k race so pb in the bag!! would like to get under 50 mins but after struggling with ITBS after norwich half anything under and hour would be ok.

Jigs Started next to LL :) planned to keep her in sight for the distance. Meant to take it easy and build up speed if I felt ok later on, but turned up the juice after the first few hundred yards. Felt tired towards the end but overall very happy with result. Soooo pleased to be running again :):):) - Great to meet up with some Fetchies. Girlie's flapjacks were awesome as always, worth entering the race just for them :)

Junglebear This was my fist 10K race ever so PB is going to be set :). The race was flat however the weather turned out to be very hot with the sun out the entire race, which i wasnt used to with mst of my training being in cold weather since January. This was still an enjoyable good first run.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) I really like this race, I decided to move my 22 mile run to tomorrow instead of yesterday so I could race this, I was aiming for 44 mins, finished in 43:58, and was placed 1st F Vet 50, so well pleased. It was a very warm run, well organised and supported as usual! Good to meet Fetch Friends old and new, and Girlie's flapjack was just as lovely as ever :P Great to see Jigs running!!!!! :):):)

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Just going to enjoy this one.Would love to pb but did 10k in under an hour on new years day.Just going to give it my best shot and see what happens.Iam injured at the moment so please dont bet on me to pb but really hope this will be my comeback race.Very sorry to all that bet on me .I did this one carrying a thigh injury and walked alot of the 2nd half because of it but pleased with t ime wasnt tryting for a pb.My garmin time was a minute better than the time they gave me but i think these were gun times as it took me arround a minute to cross start line at begining of race.Sue
