Ben B One of my favorite races of 2008 and where I got my current 10k pb. 3 laps of a flat course with rhino's running along side you. UPDATE, found it hard going today and knew straight away it was not going to happen. Pleased to break 40 in the end.

hatterfan Despite the heavy rain in the build up to this race, it actually stayed dry for the race and even turned out quite nice. It weren't my best time, but I did beat last year's time. It was nice to see a Cheetah to come out and watch me! Made an effort at the end to go and look at the Lemurs - fascinating animals!!
