csc Not going to write a prediction but training has been going well so far aiming for a PB as it's a flat, fast course. Like it to be under 55 or 55 but not over, we'll have to just wait and see!!!

Boab 23rd in Scottish 10K champs and fairly pleased with my first race of 2010. Started off conservatively, then tried to pick things up in the second half. Legs wanted to go faster but there was a couple of gears missing so settled down and maintained pace to the end with a wee spurt of pace in the last 200 or so when I could hear a couple of lads closing me down fast. In a word, encouraging!

JulesR This went fine in good damp conditions. First 3k and last 2k in about 3:40's, middle 5k in about 4mins so overall 38:13. Went with __Andy early on but let him go at 3k to secure sub-40. Think thos shows my lower limit is about 36.45 if speed endurance, weight and conditions were perfect (but life & tri training time are too short). Good to see a big Fetchie turnout and great to spot everyone (but where was Tigger grrr)

Comedycare Drizzle drizzle drizzle. Poor run in my part, but very well attended and a happy atmosphere.

FitterStu Went very well. The weather was cool with some drizzle and the course was dead flat so lots of opportunity for a fast time. The plan was 8:30 miles and then see what I could do over the last mile. I managed to stick to that and a fast last mile and a bit gave me a PB by 30 seconds.
