About Me
I've always considered myself a bit of a runner since I was at school but only started running relatively seriously in 2006 shortly before Nike was launched in the UK. Since then I've become a regular and enthusiastic runner and have completed many races from 1 mile to ultra-marathons.
I can't believe I've not updated this in several years!! :-)
