Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Comedycare Watch time. Might not have bothered if I had known that it was going to be 4k. Still, very hard going up in the snow and I was slow coming down.

Dave W Shortened route, but hard. Running up the hill in the snow was hard graft. Blew my lungs, and then I couldn't accelerate down the hill cos I was too knacked. Pretty slow given that it was only 4k. Can't say I didn't enjoy it though. Would have preferred the full course, but best effort from the organisers given the circs. Had to PB cos I've never raced 4k before.

MartyK Great winter run, edinburgh. Supposed to be 5km around Arthur's Seat but the route was changed because of the snow. So instead, ran up the grassy section of the longer drag up queens drive, then a small loop and back down the road. Couldn't find my trainers before so wore some light boots, but it wasn't too much of a problem in the end. Knee still feels abit off so i'm feeling glad i've spent £'s on Physio! Grrr! Spent some time with TripletDad and the girls afterwards too, watching the cross country championships.

toepointer OK run, didn't feel as good as last week but haven't been taking my steroid inhaler. So better start again! Very tough running up the hill for someone like me who doesn't
