RicC First time at Livi - a nice, if challenging, course, but I really didn't feel on it. Stomach issues again and everything was a bit of a tired slog. Happy with 3rd in the circumstances but disappointed with the time.

About this parkrun

Two short and one long lap on mixed terrain, can be a bit muddy after rain. Fairly flat with only a couple of short climbs on long lap.

Half path, half trail, a few undulations, nice course, no repeat sections.
