JaneyM I am going to try very hard to bring my time down to 31 mins - have got a training schedule to help me do this. This is the start of my Ultra training. I tried really hard to get to that 31 minutes but the wind around the back of the hill just sapped what I had left - I had Nywanda in my head telling me to push it and I really did try! Quite pleased with what I did though.

Lexo Pleased with that...PB on Arthur Seat course.....which surprised me , conditions good though and the wind wasn't so bad as it can be at the third K, ran well on the first part but over cooked the 2nd and 3rd a bit and was a bit out of puff on the down hiill but made up enough ground to finish strongly..33rd overall and 3rd in Cat so well chuffed
