Doonhamer Went better than i thought it would. Steady run on a twisitng undulating course. Stomach issues again but felt strong throughout but had to speed in the legs after the Ironman in August.

Fae Fife Tough course which was winding and hilly but excellent location. Blew just over 8 miles and realised I wouldnt make my predicted time but had nothing left to push. (1st male over 50 Minor Forces tho)

RYAN_M Still tired from Galway Marathon but hoped to come in just under the hour. I wasnt able to do it but Im happy with the run as it was a testing course.
