The club is open to all former pupils of Gordon’s and their family members, as well as anybody who is associated with either the school or a former pupil. With the boring bit out of the way, we decided to start a club as we old timers thought it would be good to keep fit and to introduce a bit of friendly competition between us.
As a member, over the course of the running year (1st April to 31st March) you will be required to submit your official times from any UK Athletics recognised race (including Park runs) to our records officer.
At the end of the year we will hold a little award ceremony for the different age groups etc, with medals and trophies galore. The prize giving will take place at Annual.
