Stirling 10K.
Went very well. The weather was cool with some drizzle and the course was dead flat so lots of opportunity for a fast time. The plan was 8:30 miles and then see what I could do over the last mile. I managed to stick to that and a fast last mile and a bit gave me a PB by 30 seconds.
